The Sara Mildred Strauss Papers document the professional life of this twentieth-century dance instructor, choreographer, and writer. This collection contains correspondence, professional papers, drafts of her writings, drawings, clippings, scrapbooks, and photographs. The majority of the materials date from the late 1920s to the 1960s. Only a small part of the collection refers to Sara Mildred Strauss's personal life.
